Marcin Klysewicz is a talented photographer and composer, living in Kent and he has produced the stunning timelapse video, taken at Reculver Towers, that you can see below.
We came to find out about Marcin via Herne Bay in Bloom, as one of their members had the good fortune to meet him, some time ago, on location at Reculver on the day he was capturing the images for the video. Once Marcin had completed the video, as promised the link to the video was passed onto Herne Bay in Bloom and in turn it was mentioned to us and when we saw it in 1080p HD, we were left in awe.
After contacting Marcin ourselves, back in April, he explained that he had scored and filmed the video using a homemade (built by his brother), fully manual, camera slider, cranked little by little after every shot and as the results show, it works perfectly.
The video we’ve linked to here is an updated version that has been HDR processed, a look that Marcin thinks makes it appear even better and who are we to disagree.
It was really nice to see that Marcin’s timelapse video was recently used on Canterbury Council’s tourism website and he’s featured in the local press this week because of it.
Marcin is promising to come back to Herne Bay at some point, with the intention to create some more time lapse work. Here at BayPromoTeam HQ, we welcome him back with open arms, anytime. Take a look at www.klysewicz.co.uk to see some of his other work, we love his light painted pictures.
Marcin Klysewicz we salute you!
