As you know, we at the Bay Promo Team don’t like there to be too many lulls in the year in Herne Bay, so here’s the comprehensive guide (including full dates and times) to our annual Herne Bay Halloweek Festival which runs from Mon 27th Oct to Sat 1st November, with loads of events from us and our friends.

Kids Korner, who have a monstrous collection of every Zombie & Halloween accessory you can think of, have kindly sponsored leaflets which will be going into school book bags in the next couple of weeks. Take a leisurely look through the online guide above, which you can scroll through at your leisure on your phone, laptop, tablet or PC.

We’ve teamed up with Beach Creative to bring you some free spooky (for the little ones) and gory (for the older ones too) workshops throughout the week, and the team at www.guidingangels.co.uk will be hosting one of their popular Tarot nights for adults (just £5 per reading). The Kavanagh Cinema are running some special horror films especially for the week, and Peter’s Produce are once again sponsoring the excellent pumpkin competition too (we already have lots of prizes for the best ones!)

Our Grand Wizard, Professor Reg E Mental will be hosting a special magic show at The Kings Hall (which, incidentally, will be our very own ‘Zombie Creation Lab’ on the afternoon of the Zombie Crawl for those that want their make-up done effortlessly by a pro before the crawl and ball) A Bundle of Books will be offering some spooky workshops with storytelling, The Activity Box have some fab things you can create (fee applies), there’s even a Halloween fun day at Canterbury Garden Centre at Herne Common too!

Then on Halloween itself, Hampton School have their fun & fireworks evening, with Reculver School holding theirs the following evening on Sat 1st, which of course, is the day of the Zombie Crawl & Ball.

Strode Park have loads going on late afternoon on Sat 1st at their new Strode’oween event, and the Catholic Club at Clarence Road are also holding their own Halloween party that evening also.

The whole week is rounded off with our Zombie Crawl and Ball, which is now well established in the town and in it’s 4th year already!
